Create a Customized Learning Plan
FOUR 50-MIN. SESSIONS
The assessment is completed over four, 50-minute sessions. Together with the learner, a range of activities are conducted which are related to communication, learning, living and interacting with others.
LEARNING PLAN BASED ON EVIDENCE
Then a learning plan is created using evidence-based information from the assessment where goals are set and skills can be tracked over time. It is ideal for situations where an Integrated Education Process (IEP) or Individual Service Plan (ISP) is needed.
