As we developed this skills-based assessment, we knew the instrument needed to grow beyond the voice and worldview of its original authors.

Any tool designed to understand human behavior is shaped by the histories, perspectives, and biases of the people who create it. We believe transparency around those influences matters, but transparency alone is not enough. The instrument must also remain open to additions, corrections, and refinements from a broader community of users over time.

For us, collaboration is not a marketing claim. It is a system for making the work stronger. Our goal is to create meaningful pathways for user feedback, shared learning, and ongoing improvement, so the instrument can evolve in ways no single author or team could achieve alone.
